Carbon wrapped the console pieces with some rather cheap but I think good looking vinyl. First time doing it and this stuff made it easy.

I do like it but was skeptical. Ive never liked carbon vinyl, especially the "dry" carbon looking stuff. But have been seeing a lot of posts about "7D carbon" and decided to try it out because it was fairly cheap on amazon. Ill definitely be ordering some more of this stuff.

I don’t think I’d try it myself on my baby but maybe practice on a civic first haha

Prepped the splash guards... dropped a couple coats of adhesion promoter and 3 coats of Liq Plat base. Was a little heavy handed and got a couple of drips, but since they were close to the bottom, that's how its going to stay. Tomorrow I'll hit it with a couple coats of clear. Maybe I'll get around to installation next weekend.

Dealing with a hit and run. Someone hit the back corner of my rear bumper while it was parked in front of my neighbors house 24 hours prior to my wedding. This happened on October 12th.

Thats crazy! Especially how we both had it happen before our weddings. I was pissed when I walked out to bring my car up to my driveway and saw the corner punched in and corner sensor popped out. The bumper has been pushed up into the tail light. Thank god the light wasn’t smashed.

Oh yeah, it sucks in your situation since no can be held accountable. YES! Very lucky the light wasn't smashed in both of our cases, 2k just for that alone...
