I've got about 200 mi on my power stop pads and rotors and would not think about going back to the stock stuff. They feel so much better and require much less pedal input for the same amount of stopping power needed.

How long did you have the Akebono pads and OEM 2pc rotors? Were the rotors new as well?
I had Akebono and an OEM 1pc rotor (that was getting thin) and just replaced them with OEM 2pc rotors. It's only been ~100 miles (more than half in stop and go city driving) and haven't had squeal yet with these new 2pc rotors. Just curious how long until they start to squeal again.

Washed it after 2 months of neglect. It rained here on Sunday, but I left her in the garage. The weather looks good for the rest of the week. Was going to apply bead maker, but I got an empty package so I'll try it next wash.

@RichardB23 thats awful - hope that its just surface level scratches that can be mostly buffed-out.

My neighbor's cat likes to sleep on my car too. Thankfully no scratches yet. Always telling the wife to close the garage door to keep that little beast out

Neighbors leave their garage door cracked so that the cats can get in and out as they please and i honestly dont mind them roaming around but for some reason they like to climb our cars and scratch the living hell out of them and for the life of me i cant figure out why but they love ****ting in our flower beds and it seems to be only our flower beds because the other neighbors never have this issue.
