Installed VLEDS High Visibility Amber rear turn signals and resistors. Well packaged and very impressed with the quality of the bulbs/resistors. They have a sale right now for 50% off these bulbs so I decided to pull the trigger.
The install was very straightforward and the dual-tap provided makes tapping the factory wires a snap - literally! Mounted on the resistor on the metal frame/body about 8 inches from the bulb housing. The install will take you 30min tops.
Don't have any pics of them yet but the output is at least twice the output of the standard halogens with that nice crisp, modern LED blink. Very pleased with the results - paid $67 for two resistors and two amber LED bulbs.
Little late , did all this over the course of a month:
Installed LED rear turn signals ( SiriusLED 7440 Anti Hyper Flash Built-in load resistor True 25W Yellow Orange Extremely Bright LED Bulb for Turn Signal only 7440A T20 W21W Pack of 2 (Upgrade Version)) and installed a Cradlepoint to supply mobile internet to my GROM VL2. The rear turn signals are perfect, and an very bright no hyperflash and look like OEM LED turn signals. Now to do the front, which are weeeeak.
Ill post video of the LED turn signals.
P.S. I bought the above LEDs becauses i did not want to tap any wires and they have a load resistor built in

The front are major PITA to put in. Don't drop bulb into the housing like I did. Had to remove front bumper to remove headlight assembly to get the bulb out! There is not much room to put your hand in there especially driver's side. Tip: go from behind wheel well, much easier. Once your bulb is in, secure with some tape so it doesn't fall lose.

@bob256k : I read some reviews on the SiriusLED bulbs with the built in resistors - some folks on Amazon were claiming that it would still hyperflash, or hyperflash on occasion. Hopefully those were just isolated to a few bad batches possibly. Its funny, now that I've done the rears, makes me also want to convert the front turn signals to LEDs as well
Yeah it was definitely a gamble buying those; most of the Toyota based car reviews I read said the LEDs had no hyper flash so I took a chance. I have 2015 gsfs with no issues so far, but ymmv
only self inflicted stuff. Rear shocks are junk im assuming because of the lowering springs, this is the second lip on the car and the middle is cracked and driver end is broken because low car in snow isn't great. As for mechanically, no issues Ive had yet just doing oil changes and going to do a trans service here soon.
