Thanks Chinee. BM is super easy to apply and l like that I can use the stuff everywhere. But it just doesn't last very long. Reviews of TWISS seems amazing and people says I will last 4-6 months and it's dirt cheap. We shall see. I'll top BM on the GS tomorrow and buff it again to see if I can get more shine.

Applied very light 2nd coat of TWISS. Buff out with a 2nd MF towel but I'm just not getting slickness I'm used to with Bead Maker. It's like there is some static friction on the paint now. Usually my towel just slide right off but it's not doing that...very strange. Its been very dry and windy around SoCal, maybe I'm just getting too much static charge from the dry air. Will let it cure for 24 hrs to see what happens.

There is nothing, I repeat nothing, that's is as slick as BM. But remember increased slickness does not always equate to better hydrophobic qualities. Check out this vid from Car Craft:

Great video @chinee
I came to same conclusion. BM slickness is outstanding but it just doesn't last very long and very slow to sheet water. I'm surprised by how well S&S performed and it's way cheaper here in the States. I've seen it for $5 on sale. Guess I should give it a chance and try do my 4runner with it this weekend. Will try Meguiar's Hybrid soon.

I can't compare it to the BM as I have never used it but I had fantastic results with The Last Coat product. It's been very slick in my application (I did full decontamination with clay bar first) and the main selling point for it is longevity.

Car Craft is one of the top reviewers in my book. He does a late model GS F Sport detail you should check out on his channel.

Crazy shine after two coats and 48 hrs cure time. Turtle Wax you've earned a new customer if this shine lasts. Bird 💩 have no chance sticking to this.

Took the GS for some sun while I was downtown. Sometimes I wish I had a different color other than Liq Plat... you just can't get that same color-pop!

liquid platinum is a conservative color. as a matter of fact all of our vehicles are silver. I thought about the AS but I'm not a fan of the gold hue. Your car is beautiful

Thanks for all the positive vibes. I did the paint correction a couple of weeks ago and it promptly rained, so the GS has been living in the garage for the last few weeks. Got some sun this weekend so enjoyed driving around doing my weekend chores. Man, driving around In an old Sequoia makes me miss the GS...!

I got silver for one reason, swirls just disappear. Easy easy maintenance.
