I drove it today in the rain, for the first time. While it's been raining (hello, Seattle), I just drive my truck as it's already outside and I have a membership for unlimited car washes at the local joint. I tend to leave the GS in the garage and only drive it on dry days, keeping it clean. The GS never goes through the automated wash. Today I said "screw it" and took it out. Bought it in September and today I hit 300 miles on the ODO... And now I need to wash it...

When you're here in the PNW you gotta do what ya gotta do. Luckily I found a touchless for when I need to wash it and there's just no way with the weather.
Changed the spark plugs today at almost 61k to keep the emissions warranty. Took me two hours since I'm a noob, but got it done using DIY Dan's video on YouTube and the magnetic socket extension recommended by Peasodos. I changed the Engine Air Filter too while I was at it. Overall it was very straightforward if you have the right tools for the job: 10mm and 12mm sockets, extension, wrench, 10mm open ended wrench, screwdriver and that magnetic socket extension for the spark plug. I didn't have the 10mm open ended wrench so I used a small crescent wrench, which worked, but was a pain in the *** to use in that tight spot. Anyways, I'm glad I changed the spark plugs since you can see the difference between the new one and the old one. Parts are ordered from Bell Lexus on Ebay. Great prices on these parts. Total was probably a little over $100. New and old filters
Who knew? They come in your choice of 22 different colors/patterns of leather, 6 different fur choices and 19 different colors of stitching..... These will really make your GS purrrrrr.
I can't read much more because the website is mostly in Japanese even when set to English.

LOL That's awesome...thanks for that.
I'm guessing maybe they meant seat? I tried to look up the characters for people and seat, they seem very different. I wonder if this was one of those things where it was translated from yet a third language such as Chinese or there's a completely different term in the language - I mean, why do we call them seats and not chairs?
