I work from home now ever since Covid lockdown. Believe it or not, I work longer hours, at least 10 hours a day. But it is still better than being in the office. I have more freedom during the idle times. I do IT work.

Yeah I was definitely working longer so I don't miss that for sure. I do miss the ability to get things done around the house but now that I am back in the office, I am happy to just take some time off to get those done. I hate video calls and all the phone calls in general that increased ten-fold. Much better doing it in person and managing my team in person, was tough to do that remotely. I like the in-person interaction with co-workers and the lunches etc.. Most importantly, its just tough to work and hold meetings with my wife and daughter around and I feel like I have more freedom at the office without the family obligations during the day.

Most importantly (to keep this on topic) its nice to have a GS to ride to and from work in. I barely drove it working from home and practically have a mobile office set up using my phone and the screen mirroring + bluetooth mouse to control it.

Received a letter last week regarding my GS from a local Lexus dealership and didn't open until today...has an underlying tone of desperation:

They'll give you a voucher for half off a Yaris!

(But seriously the yaris is a decent car, at the right price)

Wow that is something. I think car dealerships may be dying in the 2020's the way shopping malls died in the 2000s

Bob the new RX500h F Sport Performance looks so promising. Almost 400 HP and TQ and AWD. And u know that thing isn't going to break after 1 year.

I'm kinda upset it doesn't come in atomic silver and to me it looks uglier than the last gen RX. It needs 0-60 of 5 flat or less for me to pony up the $$$ they will want for this plus the ability to plug-in charge and as a bonus do v2h charging ( vehicle to home). Otherwise I'll just get a 2021-2022 RXH.

Yeah I don't think that one is plug in. Just a stop gap before they go full EV I guess and it probably cost around 70K.

It's not worth it in that case. I'll get a off lease 2021-2022 rx450h. I had one long term while my fuel pump recall was being done and it was near perfect for a second vehicle for my family.

I couldn’t pass up the deal I got on my ‘15 GS350 F Sport last November and it still has less than 50,000 miles on it. I need a reliable car that’s in nice condition and didn’t cost too much. Unless I wanted some higher car payments why would I sell it?

@ItzFilyO - Now e there is another silicone license plate frame available called
