@06ls430KTC no personal experience but read some good reviews on the lithium antigravity batteries. Recent thread/posts here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...l#post11333421

So just this morning I've begun installing my Blackvue dashcam... found a mystery module though. Apparently it's an Expresskit DBALL2, so even though I thought I had factory remote start this isn't the case

At least I'm not going to be effected by the cancellation of 3G though in October. So that's a plus.

Finding a lot of things are simply held in with clips. Which is awesome, but hard to find exactly where and how to pull. But at least I've learned how to take some of the interior apart.

I'll make a thread on the dash cam install I suppose. I'll make an imgur album but I know I've got to be part of the 30post/30day club or something.

Edit: Done, used the Night vision (I don't have it, but the fuse is there) circuit for ignition, and the brake circuit for battery power. Works peachy. I did have to use a strip of teflon to make a guide for the rear shade to move around the back camera as it caught my polarized filter (It clips on) and took it off on the first test fit. Now it's fine.

Almost got ran off the road yesterday by some idiot in an S10 pickup. While usually I'd stay in my lane, I didn't have my camera installed. I've been in a near head-on collision once already, and the dash cam saved me from having to fight his insurance company (I put the video on youtube, sent them a link, and got treated like god by his insurance).

Default ONR/Cleanser/Wax

Wanted a clean surface for my P21S wax so I did the usual routine (rinseless wash with ONR then dry). Went over the surface thoroughly by hand with P21S paint cleanser. Took about 1 1/2 hour but definitely made a difference. The metallic flakes in the paint are way more noticeable. If anyone has a chance to use this wax they should do it. So easy to use and excellent results IMO.

Wow! Can't believe how time has flow by. It's been almost 6 months since I've been on the forums. This silly pandemic has made time so strange. I've missed chatting with folks and seeing what everyone's been up to.

Today she got a decent wash at home - I'm always amazed how much dirt can come off a car that doesn't look that dirty. The last two or three washes have been through the brushless car wash. It does an good job for what it is but I still enjoy spending some time doing a more thorough wash and getting the little areas. Did a quick engine bay detail just to keep it clean.

Tried out the new Adams wheel brush that I picked up on Prime Day. Seems decent, pretty soft, edges are all rubberized. Handle is plastic. The handle could have been a little bigger maybe, was a bit small for my hands. Certainly made it easier to clean the wheels.

I'm still not sure about the Adam's foam cannon. I like that I can adjust the spray to horizontal instead of vertical but it seems seems to go through soap a lot faster than the one I was able to grab locally during the early days of the pandemic AND the foam doesn't seem as thick. I did find that if I turned down the amount of water on the pressure washer that that seemed to help but then I'm having to adjust it back up when I rinse so it's a bit of a pain.

And the final results....

Thanks! I love the Lux wheels. They were one of the things making me go back and forth between trying to hunt down a lux or go with the F Sport. The only other thing I really wanted was the more adjustable front seats - especially on the passenger side.

Luckily when I was looking for the Lux wheel's after I bought the F Sport and I was trying to confirm part numbers on here another CL member private messaged me that he had a set. He had traded out his for RC wheels (which looked great on the car too). Took us prob 9 months to make it happen just because of everything going on at the beginning of the pandemic but I wasn't in a hurry and the price was definitely fair. In my perfect world maybe I'll pull a @peasodos and find a set of Lux seats - maybe even a set with the rear controls/rear heat and I'll swap it all out

Hey!@JDR76 is just keeping the mileage low for me for when I buy his hand-me-downs!

Those are pretty sexy cars though. Every time I see one and think of it with a stick it makes me want to go test driving. That said, I'm trying to hold off on any car buying until at least some of the craziness settles down a little. Had no idea how lucky I was when I picked up my GS.

Just keep an eye on the MAF sensor and throttle body. Aftermarket intakes tend to clog them up after a while. But they look good when u popped the hood!
