Changed front rotors on my 2018 F Sport, OEM 2 piece. 46K miles. Kept the Akebono pads on since they only had about 10K miles on them and a lot of life left. Test drive left me happy as a clam. No more vibration, smooth riding from here on out.

Just finished these mods / TLC:

- 2018 Nav / Mouse Controller
- 2018 Leather Dash Sides (mine were the same, but these are newer / better condition)
- 2018 Leather Center Console Lid (same as above, my 10 year old parts were showing wear/tear)
- 2018 PRDNM Shifter Indicator Panel (same as above, happy there are less scratches now lol)

Not to spam again, but it was brought to my attention that the 2013 & 2016+ had different rear AC Vent Controls and Indicator Markings. Since I had purchased a full center console, I ended up frankensteining for a 'best of both worlds' approach.

Installed a new set of Michelin CrossClimate2 at ~28k miles. I hope they live up to the ratings.

Got a new set of Bridgestone Potenza Sport summer tires (SoCal resident here) this past Labor Day weekend from Tirerack.com, 245-40-19 fronts and 275-35-19 rears. Set is currently on sale for around $582 before tax, so it's about half price. Tirerack website states they are 2020 production but received mid 2021 manufactured tires.
No complaints so far, dry traction has been great. Sharp steering and firmer sidewall vs my previous G-Max RS. Potenza Sport tires seem to run smoother and are better at absorbing road imperfections. Noise is about the same when both are new. Over 600 miles driven so far and will be my new favorite tires if I get over 15K+ miles.

Just so you know I run the Michelin Defender on my other cars. It's a 80k tread wear tire that rides and handle great. I wish they made our size, so here is a suggestion for the Michelin I wish they made in the GS size. While you are throwing shade.

Nope, I'm just sharing the way members have shared with me over all the years I have been here is all. Paying $1500 plus for a set of tires that wear out in a year and 12k miles is hard to swallow. So that's why I share.

Oh, naw. I wasn't throwing shade. I would have gotten the Yokahamas (mainly off your review), but they wouldn't come in time for a trip. So, ended up with the DSWs (as I'd had good luck in other cars with them and were available). And now I'm left wondering if I should have waited, as so far the DSWs are just...ok. Maybe I need to break them in more. I look forward to try the Yokahamas next.

I would also suggest that on a new tires install, let Lexus or Toyota only do a 4 wheel alignment, including Yaw and Rake Calibrations, in Toyota Tecstream. Also monitor you air pressure and be sure you do not have any bent rims even the slightest which is easy to happen. I also rotate left to right, every 4k - 5k.
Just FYI: This may be the best crazy deal out there right now cost wise at less than $600 for 4. Lets see what they think about them. I was about to just get a set for the price. I am now running 245/40/19 front with 285/35/19 rear, with 19 wider staggered RC F rims.

New tires always ride REALLY nice, when compared to old tires with 18K miles. There was a big difference between the Michelins and stock Bridgestones, but with the Yokos, I'll probably have to break them in first then give some feedback. So far so good.
