Just finished these mods / TLC:

- 2018 Auto Seat Heater/Cooler retrofit (mines a 2013 F-Sport)
- 2018 Nav / Mouse Controller
- 2018 Leather Dash Sides (mine were the same, but these are newer / better condition)
- 2018 Leather Center Console Lid (same as above, my 10 year old parts were showing wear/tear)
- 2018 PRDNM Shifter Indicator Panel (same as above, happy there are less scratches now lol)

Was the 2018 Nav / Mouse Controller plug and play? Do you get all the functionality (example the enter button)? Looking to upgrade my 2015 GS

Nice! Definitely a significant upgrade.

What was inventory like, still low on most all models!

They had a decent inventory on the lot of all models, but everything at MSRP even the 2023 RX350 they were only giving 1k off, there was a 2023 Premium Plus that she had liked in the showroom which was a demo so we figured lets get them down on that and they would not budge and that damn thing had 5k miles and all they would give off extra was $500 WTF so we stuck with the 2024

What did I do today? Traded my '15 Luxury for a '19 FSport, couldn't be happier.

Definitely one of my favorite cars, but apart from the (to me) superior wheels on teh '15 luxury, there was no option on that that I didn't get on my Fsport that actually is used. The passenger seat stuff, and backseat controls, are awesome, but literally never used, even when I had people in the back (which wasn't often).

Plus, if not for work from home, I would have traded her in much sooner, REALLY wanted auto hold and stop and go cruise for annoying communes to the city every morning.

Went for a drive in the mountains. On my way down I encountered a Ferrari driver with more car than skills and included a short clip.. gassing the straights and all brakes in the corners

@SBPhoto - He was probably just out for casual low-speed cruise in the mountains.

Nice video quality - what dashcam is that?

Thanks! I put my gopro 8 on the windshield with a suction cup. Normally I attach it with a tow hook mount to the front bumper but I've been playing with different angles.

Its definitely possible.. To me, it felt like the driver wanted to go for it but just didn't have the confidence or experience. The braking before and through every corner is unnecessary even for my GS, the Ferrari could have taken every one of those turns with little to no brakes. Technically should have even hit a turn out with me behind him for so long too.

Money can't buy everything, especially skills. Skills have be earned IMO. The owner was probably reluctant because he didn't want to run into potential damage either. Nice videos. Thanks for sharing.

Sorry, late reply. Mouse is plug and play, the side enter buttons work for selecting. I believe the back / return button does not work on the older nav, you need 16+ radio unit in order for that to function

Thanks man! I agree with you, I used to do the same kind of thing where I'd always brake before a turn just to be careful and because I wanted to not overdo it in a corner. Over time I realized I can use the brakes a lot less and still be ok.
