Drove over a lightly snow covered mountain road with, for the first time, utilizing the ‘snow’ button on the console. Slowed the accelerator response more than I expected. People were stopping to remove their chains from the area I was entering. Only a few miles.
Came back from a weekend trip which included driving on unsealed gravel some muddy road for about 15km. Jacked up the car and gave the underneath of the GS a proper clean with a pressure washer. Took each wheels off as I didn't realised how much mud and crap gets stuck underneath and in the wheel arches.
Had my front roll center adjusters (26mm) installed, along with rear KYB avs greys. Rears feel stiffer than the 2018 OEM AVS blacks I had installed last year but I haven't driven very far yet.
EDIT 5/6/24: Either one of these rear shocks is blown or KYB completely missed on the damper tuning. The car is floaty and wallowy in the rear now and I actually found the bump stops on an undulating section of road (not a pothole or frost heave), yet it is firm on harsh impacts, like the low speed and high speed dampening should be switched. It is somewhat more controlled in S+, but I'm not driving around in S+ all the time just to have the car drive like stock. I am putting the factory shocks back on, the car feels terrible right now.
Front RCAs, combined with RSR AWD Down springs, gave me the perfect Super Down front height I was looking for without the very short front Super Down spring.
Waiting for the alignment to get squared away.

Brake Pad replacement/upgrade to the Tom’s Performer Pads. So far they feel great and looking forward to seeing a reduction in brake dust! Next project: remove and paint the calipers.

Old New Tom’s
Nice! Have you bedded them yet? How is the bite/performance?
Swapped the Lexus battery for a Costco Interstate one (size 24). It was starting to struggle to start.
The Lexus battery had a date stamp of 9/20 so I probably could have had it prorated on the 84 month warranty they have. Oh well.
At least the Interstate one has 700 CCA vs the 575 CCA of the Lexus one (not that the 575 was ever inadequate). I was able to use the plastic cover on the interstate but it did take some coaxing.
