Painted my Velgens gloss black
My original satin black was getting a little tired so I rattle canned it gloss black instead. I know it’s not the right way to do it but I just wanted to get an idea before spending $600 in powder coat. Plus season is almost over for us in Colorado so I can rock them for now and powder coat early next spring.

I got bored yesterday and decided to wrap my door handles gloss black metallic the same color as my roof. I tried removing my door handles, and got as far as taking off the door panels, but that was about it. I'm not sure how long this will last since I did a pretty trash job wrapping the corners, also not sure how much I like it either. Going to leave it on for a couple weeks to see if it'll grow on me.
I like how it's a subtle black however, you can't really tell it's wrapped unless it's the right lighting.
Here's a little shot of Bead Maker doing work earlier in the week.

Got tired of all the brake dust from the OEM Fsport pads so I replaced them with Akebono ACT1118, the OEM pads only had 9k on them with lots of pad left. While at it I also replaced the rotors and pads on my wifes IS250 Fsport did those with R1 Concepts
Carbon Alloy OEM Replacement Geomet Rotors and Akebono ACT pads.

Any thoughts on tinting your rear lower reflectors to match your tails? IMO that would be more of a touch to tie things together than the door handles; right now the reflectors stick out like a sore thumb but I do understand the visibility/preventing rear-ending factor of leaving them factory.

I think it looks good since it matches the rest of your blackout theme, but with your color I also think it's unnecessary because the level of contrast is not quite there as it would be against say Atomic Silver or white.

As far as the reflectors, that's a good idea. I didn't really notice it until you had pointed it out. I have some leftover smokey tail light tint, i'll probably try and do that this weekend. Hopefully it doesn't prevent the reflectors from doing its job too much. Thanks!
