On my previous GS350s, the Bridgestones (on 2013) had to be replaced around 20K miles, and they were very loud and lost traction very easily. The Dunlops (on 2015) are similar to the Bridgestones, and had to be replaced around 25K miles. The Michelin Pilot Super Sport were the best for this car (changed to on 2013) and Lexus should have put these on at the factory. They had pretty good tread life (8K miles after changing and they were still pretty new), quiet and smoother ride, excellent grip (even in the wet). Too bad my 2017 came with the Dunlops again. I'm predicting that they'll need to be swapped around 25K miles again.
I have a RWD but with my 20" wheels I have a square set up. I didn't go staggered for that very reason as I wanted to be able to get the most out of my tires and still be able to rotate them.

My '15 had the OEM's since new and I traded it with 45K on the clock and still hadn't hit the wear bars.

I have 33,500 miles on my P7's and plenty of meat on them, I'd say at least 50% of the thread is still there. I rotate my tires myself when I do oil changes about every 10k miles. Perelli has a 70,000 mile warranty for the P7's. Just goes to show if you get a quality set of grand touring all season tires and rotate it properly you will get a lot of life out of them.
