Did the same thing a few weeks ago on my Nebula Grey. I'm quite fond of the subtle change.

Ordered one. If fading is a concern, I wonder if a little clear coat would work. Or that may be too messy to look good?

I like that look, JW. Nice touch.

Unfortunately some knucklehead vandalized your license plates and the numbers are gone!

Looks good! Glad to see another active VA guy in here!

Sidenote: The default VA plate (Virginia is for lovers) is so corny...I have the same one and have been too lazy/cheap to buy a personalized one.

I think if applied right the clear coat would be alright. In my case, with the OEM luxury spoiler, the spoiler looks like it'll protect it from too much direct sunlight so I'm not concerned too much.

Lol, thanks and I totally agree about the plate. I too am too lazy to get personalized so just deal with it. What part of VA are you in? I'm in the Northern VA area...

Yo JW, you think I'd still look nice if the Lexus emblem was gloss black?

It probably would for some but I like the contrast of the chrome and carbon fiber. I was going to make the emblem glass black without the inserts and still may down the line. Gloss black looks great if the emblem is all that is being modified but gloss black and the inserts would look like just a black circle in my opinion. I want people to see it's a Lexas haha. Yours looks awesome by the way!
