I do all of my own work as well. You can manually log your work in the Lexus computers by going to "http://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/" and creating an account.

What is this "check driver's side floor mat" about? It even shows up on CarFax for some vehicles as "carpet/floor mats secured" or something like that.

Remember the floor mat debacle? I think Toyota/Lexus is covering their butt going forward now...

To make sure the driver's side floor mat is securely attached to the floor connection points so it does not slide forward and trap the accelerator pedal. This was made a topic some years ago when Toyota and Lexus owners complained about 'sudden unexpected acceleration' where it was found that people had not secured their driver's floor mats, or had another mat on top of the OE mat.

This is what's showing last service record history from lexusdrivers website.

It looks like they already completed 20K maintenance??
