LOL. then again, she said that this was her first time buying a car on her own... so I kind of cut her some slack. I think I brought up this conversation everyday for about 3 months because I was in such disbelief. It's weird, she's also a good bargain finder... but getting this car through all credibility out the door HAHAHA

I'm only asking because the tax in certain counties in CA is close to 10% or more so I'm just wondering what was the actual cost of the car by itself.

I want to say the price of the car was like high 70K low 80K, but can be certain without looking at the contract. I just remember all these packages being added on..

Our sales tax here is 9.8%. It's not that big of a deal on regular purchases but you sure feel it on big things, like cars.

probably a little of depreciation is also because car handles great
rides little stiff for market segment
look are subjective with styling some like some dont i happen to like it
and the more i looked into this the gas mileage was a deal breaker i have a friend that drives his in sport a 15 f sport over 19000 miles he's averaging 14.7
times have changed this not what a class leading company should be doing with design or economy i won't reference the b word for starting a issue with getting the crazies started but do some comparison of a 535 which rides better on highway and average almost 26 mpg with more power
yes the issue with repairs, but really 30% -40% in gas not me
i might be selling my rx due to getting a 4 turbo i put 30,000 miles a year on it

For $28k for a '13 GS Luxury with 38k miles, I'm pretty happy with my decision. Car has been flawless. Only big complaints are the gas mileage and outdated infotainment interface. But I really do like getting in the car everyday, and that's what counts.
