Finally got around to swapping out my Tanabe springs for Swift springs as well as installing SPC rear camber arms & Megan Racing front camber arms. The ride is slightly smoother and less bumpy now with the Swift springs, the ride height it also a tad taller than it was on the Tanabes. but I'm ok with that I still think it sits nice. And my front fender doesn't rub anymore when I'm turning the car with the wheel turned all the way so that's a plus. I have only driven it about 50 miles with the new springs so I will need to spend some more time before I can give a good review but so far I'm more happy with the new springs. Now I just need to get it in for an alignment. Here are comparison pics of before and after.
1st pic is with Tanabe NF210 springs (Front spring rate 3.6kg/mm) (Rear spring rate 6.5kg/mm)
2nd pic is with the Swift springs (Front spring rate 5.0kg/mm) (Rear spring rate 7.5kg/mm)
That's great, in this photo how long has it been installed, feeling and notice any camber wear yet?
That photo was taken the day after lowering. Ride is just like stock except for when in Sport + its a little firmer. Its not my daily as I commute 80 miles a day just for work. The car was lowered @2500 miles and then I had my new wheels and SPC camber arms installed at around 3400 miles. Picture below was taken after wheel/arm install. Car is now at about 4500 miles and no camber wear at all.. tires are all even.
Thank you for the RSR down review. Why did you get camber arms? I was not expecting camber issues with the downs

The GS has no adjustment for camber front or rear. After the drop the Front camber was -0.9 Left and -1.1 Right (Factory Specs are 0.6 to -0.9). The Rear was -1.9 Left and -2.1 Right (Factory Specs are -0.7 to -2.2) so both front and rear were right at the spec limits for negative camber, so for peace of mind I went ahead and did the rear SPC arms. With the SPC the rear is now at -1.5 for both the left and Right so right in the middle which is what the factory is normally set at. Only time will tell as I have only put ~2k miles on the car since it was lowered and 1k of that is with the SPC arms.
Very detailed, thank you! I will have mine checked and decide if I need those as well
