Where is fuse for rear passenger power outlet?

Question Where is fuse for rear passenger power outlet?
Blew the fuse that's in the back of center console for rear passengers.
Which fuse box is it in?
What is it labeled?

That doesn't explain which fusebox it is and how fuse is labled

Passenger side fuse box #3
15A fuse

It's very awkward to get to that fuse box... Lexus really made an effort to hide it away from sight.
