If you have cracks in your tire. Contact Bridgestone customer support.
I spoke with a representative with Bridgestone. The cracks in the POTENZA RE050A tire are caused by ozone. If your vehicle is less than three years old, the tires are covered under the 'ozone cracking warranty'. The Bridgestone representative said that Lexus could process the warranty exchange or I can go to a tire store.
- The Lexus dealer in my town is going to work with Bridgestone to replace the tires.

Does this mean you would have to get some other kind of Bridgestones as a replacement? I was waiting to switch my Potenzas out for some Michelin A/S 3+s.

Since the dealer is working with Bridgestone, I am assuming that they will replace the tires with the same line. I have to wait until next week to have the tires replaced.

These tires are so soft, I get cuts and chunks missing all the time. The AS3+ is way better and feels solid. Don't know why those Bridgestones cost so much. Handling isn't that good either.

Hi!

I just noticed my tires were cracking on my GS as well.
I called bridgestone and they told me to call the nearest Firestone, which I just did, but the guy is stating that since my tires weren't purchased through them I'd have to call Lexus.
I called Lexus, and they said this is the first time they've ever heard of this.
They're gonna have to "research" and get back to me.

Did you only try going through Lexus?
I'm frustrated since I feel like I'm getting the run around, and have a road trip to Big Sur coming up this friday. =(
