SMH at all these dealers charging ridiculous amount for basic maintenance. Spark plugs replacement for 500-600 dollars? really?? How do they even justify that.

It cost $60 for the plugs, and if you don't have a wrench set invest in one and maybe get a decent torque wrench. It's seriously that easy to do, just make sure not to use brute force when tightening the plugs (This is where the torque wrench comes in handy).

Heck i should do this on the side for people and undercut the dealers and charge half as much, i'd still be raking it in. LOL

My local Lexus dealer just did my 60K mile service, it was covered under the CPO warranty, total cost would have been $615( $402 labor, $173 parts +misc.) I am in MD. Plugs were $15.69/ea. The 60K mile maintenance item listing mentioned tranny fluid replacement, but it wasn't on the invoice. I checked the maintenance manual, didn't see it listed.

Are the spark plugs easy to reach on the GS350? I know on my old Camry, 5 were easy to reach but the 6th one in the back would take me hours of taking things apart and putting it back on.

I had my sport bike since new, the manual recommends changing the spark plug at 10k. I ride it hard and redline whenever possible. At 9500 miles the spark plug failed and caused misfire. After spark plug change, it was running like new again
Sport bikes are a totally different animal as it uses a small displacement high compression, high revving engine. My bikes spent most of it's time at 10,000+ RPMs.

OK so basically they force you to replace the plugs at 60 or they void the warranty what a rip off. my GS only has 24K on it right now and I'm sure I'll trade it before 60K, but if I I I wasn't i'd be changing my own plugs

Replacing the spark plugs at 60k miles is 'Required under the terms of the Emission Control Warranty'. Therefore, if you are not concerned with voiding [only] the Emission Control Warranty, then there is no need to replace the spark plugs. I personally would not replace the spark plugs.
