I just dealt with Sewell Ft. Worth on a car (that I did not end up buying), but it was listed at ~$35500, and it was on their lot for less than a week when dealing.
I lowballed at about $31k, they cam back at 34500. I came in a bit higher, they countered at "final offer" at $33700, + TTL.
Dont know if it is indicative of what to expect over in Dallas, but hope it helps.

if you're buying CPO they will hardly ever come down on it... i was pretty upset because i went to park place lexus in plano. They had a red 2013 with 49k and wanted 33.5 for it.. i offered 31.5 plus ttl for it.. the guy laughed and didnt even bring it to his manager saying he can't even bring in an offer that low.. a week later they dropped the price to 30.5.. what a joke.. by that time i bough my 2014 with less miles for a lot less...

You gotta have patience when buying a car for best possible price. When you are presented with such a car, better pull the trigger right away before someone else buys it
