Thanks everyone.
I have decided to have the 2 front tires replaced with identical ContiProContact tires. I will mount the new tires in the rear and the older tires will be moved up front.
I will also do a 4 wheel alignment.
Hopefully that will hold me over until I need to replace all 4.

Tirerack backs up the manufacturer warranty with their own road hazard warranty that covers basically anything that can puncture the tire or cause it to be non-functional. To my knowledge, the Lexus dealer would not offer that. I had a bad winter once where 3 tires had to be replaced because of potholes and they were replaced with no issues.
