When they say "dropping the CPO" just replace that with "giving back the four free services and additional extended warranty" because anything else they've done to fix the car (bumper paint, brakes, detailing, fluids, etc) they can't really take back. So, depending on how many miles it has, you can forecast the maintenance and as stated the 30k ain't cheap, then plug in that higher mileage "could" make for a reason to have sole peace of mind with the additional warranty coverage.
