Default Current lease deals?

I'm about ready to get a new car (first one in 10 years) and I'm looking at the GS350 F-sport. Typically I just buy used and drive them into the ground, but have really been intrigued by the prospect of leasing something. Anyone seen any good lease deals, or is now just not a good time of year for it?
Tried searching, didn't really find anything

Haven't seen a lot of good lease offers lately on the GS. I remember a thread not too long ago where folks were saying the lease offers were no longer great as the incentives and days of no down payment amounts with low payments were long gone.

I've seen low mileage, pre-owned certified GS's (2013/2014) leasing out for competitive prices:

No good lease deals bc low residual. 3-4 years ago yes, but lease returns swamped the GS supply and cause a dramatic depreciation in used prices

Check out swapalease.com You might find someone looking to get out of a low mileage lease. I know in late November and through December 2016 lease deals were pretty good because the car had a good rebate and low interest rates.

Leasing pre-owned cars is a thing??? I had no idea - is this even a smart thing to do?

A 3 year old GS LEASE FOR ONLY $449 PER MONTH! $1875 DUE @ SIGNING + TAXES AND DMV LICENSING FEES! 36 MONTHS 12K PER YEAR is nuts to me.

Spoke to my friend who works at a Lexus dealership. He said sales are really slow lately (the dealership he works at usually does pretty high volume) on new cars. So he is hoping something happens soon because it is hitting them in the pocketbook.
