Was cruising the site to catch a picture of bleeder location and ran across this thread. Thanks to the Op for the pictures.
First thought that comes to mind when thinking about this pressure bleeder is that it sounds like a good way to wreck a sensor, seal or something in your breaking system!! Your braking system was not designed to have pressure on the reservoir side.
I’ve always used a hand operated vacuum pump on the bleeder valves and gravity feed. Plenty fast enough and no chance of wrecking anything.
The brake bleed vacuum Pump I purchased for $40 comes with that exact catch container you show on your bleeder valve.
Sorry but no one is selling this Eng. gadgets that don’t consider the original design of a system.

Possibly the mityvac? I got mine for 46 but haven't used it yet. But seems a few have that design.
As for using tire pressure air, it seems ingenious. Granted, I was under the impression that tire air was usually high in moisture, which isn't great for brake fluid. Maybe the exposure time isn't that long or maybe the moisture content is that much higher, I'm not sure.
