Default Spent the day waxing her

I spent the day waxing my wife's GS350 and the car shines like new once again. There is only one more item to add and that's a f-sport rear spoiler and then i'm done with this car. So far we have had the car almost 3 years and its been dead reliable. The Cadillac CTS that we had before would of already had $7k in warranty work by this mileage (56k). I think we might be Lexus owner's for life if our GS350 keeps treating us this good!

Very nice, I just picked up an FSport style spoiler off eBay for $80 shipped and painted. Finish and match was great, just need to send seller the paint code and you're set, mine arrived in 3 days

Thanks! Turtle wax came out with some new polish so I thought I would try it. It did a very good job of removing some minor swirl marks that I had and bringing the paint back to a nice shine.

Not quite $80 but i got mine from eBay from Seller auto-spoilers-and-trim. Fantastic paint match, comes preinstalled with 3M tape backing (could apply more if necessary) and shipped quickly. I have photos if you require but it looks just like the F sport spoiler.

Thanks! You didn't have to drill any holes in order to mount your spoiler?

^ that's where I got mine, ebay had a $20 coupon code, my bad, and no drilling, just 3M tape and it isn't going anywhere. I was worried about the paint match because of the silver, but no issues at all

Not a Lexus, but definitely looking forward to more 944 and 928 videos. Had a 1985.5 944 briefly when I younger, but was way too poor to give it the care it needed haha

Oh cool! A 85.5 was the first year for the redesigned dash. I'm working on a new video for Big Red the Porsche 928 project car but there isn't much to update as the supplier in Germany is taking there time getting my pistons made. It's kind of hard to put my engine together without pistons. lol! It's really my fault, I should of known custom ordered parts never meet estimated time tables.

Waxing..ah the good 'ol days!

Next time try some modern day sealant. You'll be amazed at how far detailing products have come.

First one I've seen in that color, very nice! Not familiar with the specific product you used, but if it was indeed a wax I must agree with GSteg that far more durable and overall superior products are available than waxes.
