GS 350 Lease
Hello everyone,
I am looking to lease a new 2017 GS 350 RWD with an MSRP of $52,975. I was able to negotiate a seller price of $47,718 based on TrueCar. My term is 36 months at 10k miles per year. With no deposit my monthly is $608 which includes the final two payments of my current lease (BMW-$1094). The money factor was .0008, I have a credit score of 770. The residual of the vehicle would be $27,547. Finally, the purchase price of the vehicle with taxes and fees is $52,702. Is this a fair deal? Any advice on how I can get a better one? Trying to have a monthly payment under $600. Thank you all so much!

Look into MSD's to lower your money factor. That price doesn't look too hot.. so about 5k off.. what is the lease cash currently? isn't it like $3k~4k? (i might be wrong)..
if you can knock another $1k off, you'll get your under $600.. but honestly, this isn't a $600 a month car..

I wouldn't go by what true car gives you.
There is also a $2000 cash incentive now.
You should be at about 7k off msrp for a decent deal.
Hold off for a week or so. Lexus needs numbers and with the july golden opportunity event dealers should start giving in.

Joe-Lease cash is 3500 I believe, and then 1000 for switching from a competitor, total of 4500 in rebates. What do you suggest would be a good monthly for this car?
Screen-Is that 2000 cash incentive in addition to the 3500 lease cash for it? And yeah, I think I will hold off for the end of the month. If I do not get the deal I want I could just hold off until October when my BMW lease is over.
Thanks!
