Need help... Where is climate control sensor located on 4G Lexus?

Default Need help... Where is climate control sensor located on 4G Lexus?
Currently owe 2014 GS350 Fsport... My climate control is acting weird, winter time if idle no hot air blowing only when driving. Summer time always blows cold air like in the fridge! I'm trying to blame sensor located somewhere inside the cabin first but if someone has any other inputs, I will greatly appreciate!

the sensor vent is next to the parking brake button
