I think you are having issue finding the drain because you might have to remove few things to get to the drain plug... good luck.

Attached are few diagrams for the 3rd gen GS.. probably with same issue. I sprayed my foam through passenger floor vent.
Basically I put the car on ON position (no engine start) and then turn off the climate system, point it to floor only, and them spray it..
after a while you'll see foam coming out
pull the hose out and change the air flow control to body or windshield.. just not floor.
This will shut the floor flap and foam shouldn't be leaking... (the small amount that's already in the chamber will continue to leak) about a pee-cup amount.
Anyhow.. it's been fine for a month.. Honestly I think the model is pretty bad as far as design go.
I just got a $99.95 A/C cleaning service from my local Lexus dealer.. I was going to DO IT.. until I saw "Excludes GS, IS" what!
