This is for 2014 GS 350.

Is it possible to set "POI Name" as a preset Location ?
What i mean is I want to store "Starbucks" as a preset location. So when i press that button it will give me list of nearby Starbucks which i can select.

I believe you can just press the voice command button on the steering wheel and say "Starbucks" and it should show you a list of nearby Starbucks.

@bclexus, got it , but it does not store the poi name or category, it stores the address of the location. In my one of my old Garmin GPS (now i don't use it !), it was very easy as it was able to store the named poi as a fav. So we can just press that fav and it will retrive all near by location of that poi name and we can select one.

If you have the POI stored you should be able to edit its name, category, etc. See pages 7 & 8 again in the document attachment to learn how to edit a preset destination.

@bclexus, you are correct. But i think, i am unable to explain you. I want to store just POI name, not the particular location of that POI.
Lets say i have stored POI name "Starbucks". If i press that preset, it will will automatically show me the list of starbucks near my car, starting from nearest one.

You can go into settings and train the voice command feature.

Talk/Speech button - "Find nearby Starbucks" will bring up nearest 5 locations...choose one and go.
Talk/Speech button - "Show Starbucks" will bring up the entire nations Starbucks as logos on the map.
Set up Lexus Enform App Suite and you can say "Starbucks on Astoria in Crystalville" and up it comes.

Oh, okay. I'm not aware of being able to store a name only that you click on to bring up the nearest locations. I think you will have to actually say (speak) 'Find Starbucks near me'.

Yes, that is the problem as i have accent and GPS does not understand my English !

Here, put one of these audio files (see attachments) in your i-phone to use on your car's NAV. Probably the male voice (27573512) will be the best choice.
