I test drove a 2013 F Sport GS 350 (silver/black int) this weekend CPO from a Lexus dealer who just received the car on a trade the previous day. They were going to list the car (which was a one owner vehicle w/ 38k miles on it) for 29k. I spoke w/ the salesman, and eventually his manager, and countered after the test drive with 26.5K OTD. The manager laughed and said they definitely will move it for 29k OTD. I left after that.

This afternoon the sales rep called me back and asked if I could get the mgr to split the difference between his price and mine would I take delivery tonight. I told him I want to see the service records first.
Assuming it all checks out, would 28K (rounding up) OTD end up a decent deal?

 

Gopd deal If the car is certified and OTD 28k.
Btw, what options the car have? All 4 tires are new?

 

Tires have about 70% tread left
I know it has park assist and blind spot monitor, unaware of other options
