I don't see the PCS on my instrument cluster settings on my RC. Is there a button somewhere under the driver's side dash for this?

On my RX, Highlander, and IS, there was a separate PCS disable switch down underneath the steering wheel, near the tire pressure reset switch. Not sure about my GS as I don't have PCS on it.

This prompted me to learn more today. Pages 237 to 248 in the owner's manual cover PCS in great detail. There are two whole pages of "this may not work well under these conditions" many of which I have encountered. There is also a method for turning it off using the multidisplay menus (have to try this when the wife comes home), but there isn't a separate switch to do this.
There is also significant advice on when you SHOULD turn off PCS because it isn't a panacea, it's just something they added to help the inattentive stay that way.
I HIGHLY recommend reading these pages in the owner's manual. There is a wealth of information about this system there, far too much to post here.

On my '16 it can be turned off by holding down the traction control button for about 10-12 seconds. If you hold it long enough it will disable PCS. It will restore once traction control is turned back on or once the car is stopped and restarted. It seems like it takes a long time to deactivate once you hold the button but if you hold it long enough it will be disabled.
