Actually, I figured it out. It's just that I didn't hear any difference with the selection On or Off.
You got it... audio menu. I'd also shut the DSP off, too. (I found it annoying) obviously its all a "salt to taste" affair.
You won't notice much difference in the ASL just traveling at low speeds or stopped. You'll really notice toggling it on or off if you're going 60 mph. I don't know
when the "flop over" point is, but it seems like it jacks the audio 10-20% after a certain speed.
