Default Question on maintenance / common engine or transmission issues

The reason I'm asking is that I have normal maintenance and common issue questions.

1) my 2013 is due for a 75k KM service (45k mile service?)
It's out of warranty so I am not bound to use the dealer. Got quoted around US$350 equivalent
Not sure if this is a fair or not fair price. I am overseas and Lexus dealers here are monopolies really so there is little price or service level competition
2) Common issues - I remember the earlier 3.5 v6 had oil sludge issues - is this still true for the 4GS? Leaking seals on the transmission? Ball joints?
3) Transmission and differential fluids - are these 'lifetime'? If not, when do you change them out?
The climate here is bit a like high desert Arizona or NM - hot in summer, cold in winter
4) Oil weight - I am seeing 0W20 in the google - is this right?

Thanks!

Nothing big for a 45k mile service. The maintenance manual checklist listed below in the link is what the dealer is going to go by,at least in the US .
Lexus GS350's are really reliable if the scheduled maintenance is followed with no big common issues.
Page 53 in the manual is the 45k check and yes 0W20 oil

What issues they do have can be found in this thread......https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...ere-first.html

#1 - if you did your oil change at 40k miles then no need to do now.
#2 - no, I don't think 4GS shares that problems, I have not seen any report here yet.
#3 - no, they are not life time, some people change the rear differential at 80k plus miles, easy DIY. For transmission, couple members here do drain/refill at 80k+ miles too, but I will do mine at 100k miles.
#4 - 0w20

Other things need to do: brake fluid need to drain, air filters need to change.

I don't believe the 3.5 motor has sludge issues. That was the 3.0 v6 that Toyota lost a class action lawsuit over( maybe the 3.3 was included too??). The 4GS has yet to show any major issues yet, and they've been out now for 5 years.
