Have been told nothing can be done about squeeky brakes on our 2015 GS. No squeeky brakes for first 15,000 miles. Service manager says "they will just have to get used to it" Can't accept that answer. Anyone else having the problem?

Squeeks first time we put on the brakes after car has sat for four hours or more. First intersection, squeeks. Then does not squeek until car has sat for a while. Just had car serviced, tires rotated, brakes checked. Said they blew out the brakes given chance of summer dust and dirt. Didn't work. Several have mentioned going to a brake shop or tire store such as American Tire. Am working with Lexus Enform and have been assigned a case manager. Am waiting to hear from him as to next steps.

Yes, lots of brake dust, but only in the front. I have stock pads on 2015 F-Sport, 38K miles. No squeaks at all.

If you read the other thread there is a Lexus BRAKE SHIM part that probably needs to be installed. I'm not that annoyed by it so honestly I'm not even going to bother getting that looked at until I go for my next oil change.

I get brake dust on all 4 wheels but its not that difficult to clean off the polished part of the wheel. I just scrub them with my car wash brush, hose them off with the pressure washer, and if still dirty ill use some rags to wipe that crud off with some kind of cleaner like Spray 9. The real pain is in the recessed area actually inside the wheel, except it is much more difficult to notice this because of the lip separating the two parts of the inner and outer wheel.
It also helps that my wheels are Gray/gunmetal colored instead of like silver or something. If you have lighter colored rims the dust is going to be more apparent. (this is part of the reason why I didn't get a car with silver rims, LOL).
