Use the carguru site to be able to see what a good, fair and overpriced deal would be for similiar 2014's

Offer him 27500 and see what he counter offers.

Do you have a link. I would offer 27K and see what he says, I would try to get it for around 28K. You definitely want to do a test drive, thorough inspection, and take it to a trusted mechanic or Lexus dealer for a pre purchase inspection if it is a private sale.

Does the F sport have to white?

My car was listed at $30k and I offered 27,500. Dealer came back at 28,500 and I shook hands. Probably could have gotten him lower but was happy with the car and price.

I feel sure a healthy percentage of those flood damaged vehicles never get their title properly branded as 'salvage' or 'flood'.
