As far as I know, you shouldn't need any re-tunes if you're just upgrading headers/exhaust/intake after that. The tune is optimized to work with these other upgrades from the start. No net negative if you don't have them, but having them gives you the full potential of the tune.

I believe he is referring to the 306-311 hp increase in the model years.

The 2016+ engine is very different operational-wise than the 2015 and prior (other than displacement and similar model name).

One of the lowest returns on investment for very small gains.

No pulls with just the tune. Waiting for the snow to be completely gone and I can get some video. Top whp we saw was 402 settled around 385ish, that is with supercharger and water/meth.

I was hoping to see a pull without the supercharger and only the tune as I will not be adding a supercharger.

A tune will get you negligible gains, if any. You're not pulling in more air, you're mid-pipe is OE, makes no sense. A pull with and without a tune and nothing else will look damn near identical.

I would contact RR Racing to confirm...since it does work for the 3.5L engine which is essentially the same in the 2007 - 2015 IS350 and GS350's.

I have a 14 gs350 f sport rwd with the rr tune, ppe headers, invidia q300 cat back with the axle back installed since July 2018. The throttle response in every mode feels a lot more sensitive. Its not a drastic change from stock but the difference in power is when its in sport + with traction control completely off so the rpm can reach 7200. I live in CO with high altitude and you can feel the power in the high rpms, i say 4500 and up from 1st gear till 4th gear, you can definitely feel the pull. Does not pull in 5th gear and on. The power band of the motor kind of reminds me of Vtec. Raced a random kid in a g37 awd sedan with unknown mods other than an exhaust. The g37 was half a car ahead when took off at a red light, but when the rpms was high enough my gs started walking away. At the end of the day, these mods is not going help you hit 10's at the quarter mile but makes the drivability aspect of the car much better. Its how it should of been from the factory. These mods does make it more fun in the mountain roads.
