2013 GS350 took my car to Lexus his morning and they are blaming my aftermarket sound system for causing an issue on my Nav/Reverse Camera. Any thoughts or have you seen this before ?

The system was strictly audio. 2 amps 1 sub 4 channel system. Everything was working fine for the last 6 months when the system was installed. I went back to the shop that installed and they made sure there was no shortage anywhere. The system is grounded. All fuses work no shortages anywhere. The shop think it may be the navigation module. Only two things that don’t work is NAV/Reverse Cam.
I went to Lexus of Pembroke Pines and they wouldn’t diagnose it until the aftermarket system was disconnected. That seemed weird to me.

I was playing with my stereo and saw that happen after one installation. I had either missed a cable completely or inserted only part way.
