Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys, Ca.? Still searching nationwide for a new GS and they are pretty aggressive on pricing. If you did buy from them were you happy with their service? Not finding many high option F-Sports at the moment. Looks like dealers across the country are getting more from the factory about mid December. Hopefully there's higher options in the next shipment. All dealers I've spoken with are discounting except one high volume dealer gets MSRP. I was pretty surprised when the salesman told me that.
Got mine there 4 weeks ago. Been buying from Keyes for many years. They are as good as most but you have to be prepared and do your homework.
My situation was different because I would never buy a new car. Got my 2014 F sport for a very good price. They secured me 2.9 APR financing, and I paid less than any other dealer would offer. I opted not to get CPO and instead purchased a 7 year 100 k mile warranty. CPO on a Lexus seems like a waste since these cars are so reliable and Lexus lessees tend to take good care of their cars up until trade in.
I can have them ship one to me to avoid California tax since I'll be paying my states sales tax. I have a few chosen but haven't decided if I want them to ship one to me or not. Shipping is very reasonable verses what it would cost me to fly and drive. His 7k off of MSRP is very enticing.
That's a great looking car! I just spoke with Keyes and they sold the one I wanted and don't know when they'll get the color combo I'm looking for. Talking to all these dealers is getting to be a PITA. Found a high option one in Texas if I can just get them to sharpen their pencil some more. He's only doing 2k off MSRP and most other dealers are averaging 4k off.
Bought my brand new 2016 leftover GS350 F-Sport Atomic Silver with black interior from Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys end of December last year. MSRP was about $58.5K and got it out the door for less than $49K after all the taxes/fees, etc.
He had some killer deals but sold the one I wanted. Logistically it wouldn't have worked for me in the long run. They were just a little vague on some important things I needed answered. Ended up buying one in Houston last night for about $700 more than what Keyes wanted.
