Default Another Tire Question

I've read through all of the tire forums, and noticed going up in tire size (245/275) is pretty common. Has anyone just went up to 245 in the front, but left the rear at 265? I plan on getting the Mich A/S 3+ this afternoon, and the local tire shop suggested that I could stay at 265 with no real effect.

I have 245/40/19 front and 275/35/19 rear. No problems with either.

When I was getting new tires America’s Tire told me that it’s not recommended to do that, it might have been a pitch to sell more expensive tires on their end but after doing more research I ended up upgrading to 245/275.
