I haven't had anyone ride in the car who that could be attributed to.

Just picked up my car after they "fixed" the seat, replaced dinged interior trim from the TSB and performed the 40k service.

The lump on the seat feels smaller but it is still there and now the leather is stretched and loose. I pointed this out to the SA and after a brief conversation, they agreed to replace the entire seat.

The interior trim was replaced but after pulling out of the dealership, I noticed several chips in the trim line below it. It looks like a tool was used to pry the trim out and it damaged the trim line below it. I sent the SA an email with pictures so I'm just waiting to hear back. Pretty disappointed since I drive there specifically to get away from the NYC dealerships.

That's too bad they damaged the trim line. I always cringe whenever I have to take my car to the dealer for service. My old neighbors son just hired on as a tech at my local Lexus dealer. I'm hoping I can request him when I go out there for service. I always put a piece of paper on the dash written in a Sharpie DO NOT WASH CAR! Owning black cars, the last thing I want is a dealer washing my cars. Hope they correct all your issues without damaging anything else.

Can't believe how time has just flown by, it seems like I just replied to this thread not too long ago but it's almost been a year. Anyhow, a couple months ago I had my passenger seat fixed, not sure what they did but it looked better. Unfortunately, it's coming back. I'm thinking it is some kind of foam liner or something that has come loose. I may attempt to try and take the backing off of the passenger seat in order to be able to access the hardware to remove the seat cover to see what the issue is.

Have you mentioned this to the service department? Since they "fixed" it, they should stand behind their service and ideally, replace the seat.

I have not mentioned it again. I will send the service advisor an email to see what he says.
