It’s insured and I’ll get a refund but the problem is I’ll have to wait another 6 mth to get it. Aimgain takes too long to produce these bumpers.

Unless they are going to ship it in a crate or reinforce the box somehow, it might happen again. I guess the shipper is picking up the item for the insurance claim. Do you get to keep the mangled bumper or does that goes back to the vendor? Just wondering if anything was salvageable.

They haven’t say anything but from the new pictures they sent, it doesn’t look like it’s salvageable. Good news is I spoke to Aimgain and showed them the pictures and they are willing to build me another kit fast and it should be here in 5 weeks

That's good news. I hope that one makes it back safely. I'm hoping my order won't take 6 months...and get here safely.
