Hey man, I also installed the sides and fenders a couple weeks ago. What are you doing about the inner fender liners? Did you order to GSF ones? And where the fender meets the front bumper, did you also have a issue? I have a little overhang... I will get some pics up soon.

2. F sport bumper does not line up 100% with the fender since the GSF fenders are a bit wider. I'll be looking for a fix for this

Overall I'm extremely happy that I pulled the trigger .. Makes it look so much more aggressive
LOL!! Well there you go... the same two things I asked about...

Any updates from the people who did this upgrade? Able to get fender liners? Any more photos to see where the fender doesn't quite line up and how close the paint matches?

Looks great though!

Another bump on this? Anyone able to get more details on the fender not lining up?

I plan on modifying the sideskirt onto fender vent extension. Plus work on the top so that the top curve looks a bit more cohesive.

Hi, I need some help from knowledgeable people who have converted the front section of their Base 2016 GS350 to either the F Sport or the GSF
Background: I own a 2016 GS350 Premium Edition which is basically an upgraded 2016 GS350.
I was in a recent accident which basically destroyed the nose section of the car. (Bumper, Grille. Left Fender)
So, I want to take this opportunity to change out the front section to look more aggressive. (ideally to resemble GSF or at least the GS F Sport)
In researching the forums I see a lot of posts on the 2013 to 2015 GS350 conversions (upgrades) to either the GSF or F Sport look, but I did not find any good information on the 2016 and later models.
Here is what I know so far:
To get the GSF look, one would need to make major changes: Both Fenders, bumper, Grille, side skirts, etc. Also the grille is very expensive!!!!
To get the F Sport look, I would imagine it should be just the F Sport Front Bumper Cover and the Grille. Correct????
Do the GS 350 Base fenders line up / bolt up to accept the F Sport Bumper without any modifications to my GS350 Base?
If everything lines up, then why are the part numbers for the 2016 Front Fenders different between Base model and F-Sport
Are there any other solutions / after market kits that will accomplish the same purpose.
Any assistance and clarification would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

@vkhosla see this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...-sport-gs.html

Members have successfully swapped the grille/mesh insert on the base bumper of their 2016 GS to the F-sport mesh. Part numbers can be different for a variety of reasons (not necessarily always meaning that the part is completely different, but maybe just newer version, a different manufacturer, a different patch, different supplier, etc).

I personally suspect that to save money, Lexus used the same bumper on the 2016 base and F-sport models, and just gave them a slightly different air duct, center and side grill parts and then slapped a different part number on them for internal differentiation purposes.

from my research all 2016+ bumpers are the same, only the grills and ducts are different between base and f sport, everything else should be the same.

I wonder what that silver GS would look like with the fenders and skirt wrapped in carbon fiber.
