Wheel Matching on my F Sport

Wheel Matching on my F Sport
Hi all,
I destroyed a wheel hitting a curb - hard (thanks to the snow and my less than stellar driving). I ordered a new wheel from Lexus and had it installed. It is the wrong color! They ordered me another one and it, too, is the wrong color. The parts department says that this is the only option from which they can order.
I have a 2014 F Sport (GS 350) and my stock wheels are considerably darker than what my local dealership is saying is available. Interestingly, a local tire shop destroyed the finish on my wheel and purchased a new one from Lexus (that matched).
Is my local dealership missing something?
Thanks for any thoughts!

I would think your only other option would be to have a wheel repair service see if they can match your original wheel. Kind of surprised an OEM Lexus replacement wheel doesn't match. Are you the original owner of the car? Maybe a previous owner had the wheels refinished if that's the case.

i destroyed one wheel about a month ago and i feel your pain as the my wheels were discontinued years ago. it's interesting the lexus dealer cant order the correct color. the originals look gray/gun metal. the new one looks more of a hyper silver. a quick search showed what appeared to be different shades of that wheel. i cant tell if they have loss its gloss and darkened over time. the dark ones like your originals look like the 74270 OEM Lexus 19" wheel- a quick search should bring it up
hopefully they will still let you swap it out
