Default Rear Defogger not working

Anyone knows where and how to get to the Rear Defogger wiring harness on 2015 GS 350?
My rear defogger doesn't work. Took it to dealer, they want $750 Diagnostic fee just to look at what the problem may be.
They said my car made have been in accident and they won't cover it under warranty.
I bought the car used without CPO. Carfax was clean and had my own mechanic check out everything.
No signs of any damage could be found.

I'm guessing some how the rear defogger plug may be loose or burn out. I do have Rear window tint.
Note that my side mirror defogger works just fine. Just back windshield doesn't work.

Check the fuse.

Tint installer could have damaged one of the grids when applying the tint or previous owner could have possibly put a sticker on back glass. I'd go over the grid and see if there is any breaks.

I have no idea if it worked before or not. Previous owner tinted the windows. I don't see any damage on the grid.
Bought the car USED last year, not CPO. I never parked outside of garage, so never needed the rear defogger.
Just recently found out it doesn't work.

Just checked the entire grid, no damage I could see.
Rear window Tint looked to be professionally installed. Very clean work.
I'm thinking the plug for wiring harness is unplugged or loose.
Same thing happened to rear sunshade when I first bought the car, it was unplugged for some reason.

Curiously my rear deck lid trunk release button doesn't work neither. Works fine on the keyfob and button on dash.

Why would anyone tint the back window when the car has a sunshade?!

I think that along with all the other crap in the back not working is a huge hint.. follow the harness where that button goes and see where it's disconnected.

Are all your rear lights working? License plate light, trunk light, etc.?

That's what I'm trying to do, but I have no idea where to start looking.
All the rear lights working just fine.

The car sounds like it was likely in a wreck. There is some reason why so many things were/are not hooked-up or working properly. Don't know what kind of used car lot you bought it from, but something tells me they are not very reputable. And, you can't blame the Lexus dealership for not wanting to spend time troubleshooting a problem without a hefty charge when the car was not sold by a Lexus dealer and is not CPO. Can you take the car back to where you bought it and have them fix things?

Well its been almost a year since I bought the car from this dealership, not sure if they will fix the problems now.
They did fixed my rear sunshade not working last year.
Other than these two problems, the car has been perfect.
Well I guess I'll bring it to my personal mechanic to see if they can fix the issues.
Was just wondering if you guys know where the rear defogger harness was and how to get to it.
Would like to see if I can troubleshoot it myself and save a few bucks.

Hopefully your mechanic can find the issue and get it fixed at minimal cost.

Are you curious why these things that you've found have happened?

Sure I'm curious. Most likely they did some bodywork and unplugged some of the harness and forgot to plug it back.
Heading to trusty Tommy Boy at Music Box tomorrow. I'm sure he can find the wiring harness and won't charge me an arm and leg.
Tommy works on most of our Lexus here on CL in SoCal.

I don't always have the sunshade up when driving. Seems kind of off to not tint the back window with the other 4 windows tinted.
