Firmware update available?
I am original owner of GS 350 2013. Latest Apple phone software has a delay with blue-tooth and I am not sure whether to push Apple or Lexus for a firmware update?

No concept of firmware updates for onboard computers of any kind, only map and CDDB updates, which are expensive and unnecessary alongside a phone.
You can, however, buy a used 2014 radio to gain hands-free voice activation and improved bluetooth behavior as I discuss here.

I’ve had a few firmware updates. I just ask my dealer for the latest when I bring it in for service.
