Correct Tire Rotation Method

I have a square setup RWD, non directional Perelli P7 Cinturano all season Plus tires.
The manual states tire rotation back to front on same side only.
Where the stock tires directional?
I don't see why I can't cross the front tires and put them on the back, move the back tires strait to the front.

You can do method A or B. Discount Tire (for example) and other tire dealers usually prefer one method over the other.

Many performance tires are directional, so you can only swap front to back.
Yours P7Cs are not directional, so you can cross them.
