Your beating a dead horse here. I'm not changing the alignment that years of trial and error has shown to produce both good tire wear and good handling. Just because you rotate your tires and show no obvious signs of premature wear doesn't mean your tires are going to last as long as mine. It may also be scrubbing off some unnecessary MPG.
I've had access to an alignment rack, tire balancer and such at my dad's shop when I was much younger with way too much time on my hands. We will just have to agree to disagree.

The bolt was unable to be moved with a ratchet after the nut was removed. It was seized inside the bushing is all I can imagine. I sprayed it with WD-40 on both sides, bolt head and between the mount points, several times in the few hours I worked on it before putting it back together and remounting the wheel. The pros have it now. Hopefully, they have better luck after I soaked it in WD-40 and it has had 24 hours to seep in. It didn't even look that rusty but it felt like it was torqued to 200ft/lbs.
The local shop had to cut at least two of the camber arm bolts to remove them.
And I had a hell of a time getting the lower shock bolts out for the same reason. Lots of banging and swearing...

I had exactly the same experience. My GS spent its first four years in Minnesota; 72k miles and those winters did a number on the suspension bolts.
The local shop had to cut at least two of the camber arm bolts to remove them.
And I had a hell of a time getting the lower shock bolts out for the same reason. Lots of banging and swearing...

I think it is a proven fact, backed up with scientific evidence that swearing increases strength though I usually snap the head off of lesser bolts and swear even more!
