To be honest I've never been able to figure out how they decide which ones get dual pane and which ones get single.
On the newer '16+ the F-sports have the dual pane glass only. The cold weather package only adds a coating to disperse water more quickly from the surface of the glass.
Great info in here, and I'm glad I'm not the only one a little perplexed by some of the optioning. The sticky on the main page is a tremendous resource, but there are outliers to some of that as well.
Bad news is, the GS I was about to drive an hour to purchase sold last night. I guess that's what I get for not offering to put a deposit on a car that had been sitting on the lot for 5+ weeks. Figured I deposit would kill my ability to negotiated it down a bit...whoops.

You would think us Canadians up north would get dual pane glass but nope......our F-sport has all the options except dual pane glass. At least my 2018 doesn't.....I have headlight washer and everything else just no dual pane.
