The gas pedal is easy, two bolts into the floor and pry off metal piece behind it.
The brake pedal is the hardest part, you have to muscle it off and muscle it on. the pedal itself is a metal plate, the cover has a rubber gasket that fit around the edges of the metal plate, but it's a tight fit.
The dead pedal I used high strength velcro. I found out Lexus doesn't have a park number for the dead pedal because it's part of the carpet or at least I couldn't find a part number.

I like the pedals in your first post with the strips as opposed to the circles. That's what your part numbers are and they fit a 2013? I checked your part numbers on a couple part sites and they either didn't show a picture or one shoed the brake as just a basic rubber cover.
