2013 GS350 F Sport RWD, currently at 75k miles. Only major thing I had to change was the serpentine belt.

I gotta say, my GS is one of the nicest rides to be shlepping around town in every day. Knowing it won't break down, makes things so much better. Sure, it starts to show it's age after constant use but I'm going to invest a couple hundred bucks in the summer on a thorough detail job (color correction, polish, bumper scuff repair, minor wheel curb rash repair, interior leather restoration) to bring it back to showroom condition.

I just went for my 75k service. They told me serpentine belt was glazed and needed to be replaced along with rear and front diff oil. Other than this mines been trouble free.

Differential oil replacement is not on the factory maintenance schedule and surely isn't needed at 75k. Serpentine belts generally don't need replacement until they squeak.
